More diagrams for Wickham Green Circles, nr Hungerford, Berkshire

Continuing from earlier posts on these Circles. I as earlier found there is clear symmetry can be found by aligning and shifting a little these circles. This indicates that circles need to be adjusted “dot on dot” by symmetry, which gives us 2 possible dot aligning methods: Number 1. - “Blues” on right side; Number 2. - “Blues” on left side.

 I suppose diagram number 2 is more tending to solve rightly, indicating it just folds correctly over each. But let's go with deciphering both.

Further studying number 1 diagram. 

Blue and red dots overlap each other, and we mark then like green dots.
I colored in light green dots that are in question or unclear to me:

Let’s interpret green dots as 1, and empty spaces as 0.

Also we reverse second part, after “grey” line (symmetry line), and test it also.

Now this table is more interesting, because we have here more various decimal values, and the whole line of the text.

I can see one meaningful line of text here in the code that is:

( 0@ ´ I ° J • b € u ‚ H ¶H

Maybe we can interpret this.  I would interpret this as  @ - circle in field ,  I  J. (Jesus) b (be) u (you), H (humans).  € or  ¶ might mean a road interconnecting two circles. What is your opinion?
